6.The seller does not guarantee this kitten/cat does not or will not ever have internal or external parasites like fleas, ear mites, worms, or etc. because a feline can pick these up anywhere.

After receiving documentation from a certified Veterinarian, the registration papers will be sent to purchaser via mail. If breeder finds out kitten/cat has been bred without breeding rights, purchaser will relinquish kitten/cat to breeder and a $500.00 penalty will be owed to breeder for breaking the contract.

Said certificate of negative results shall be sent to the seller. A Veterinary Health Certificate showing a clean bill of health and negative fecal specimen shall also be provided to the seller at the present owner’s expense.
Before the kitten/cat is returned to the seller, (if such becomes necessary) said kitten/cat shall be tested for Feline Leukemia Virus (Felv) and a Veterinarian shall certify such test as negative. A non refundable deposit is needed to hold the kitten of your choice, but does go towards the total price of your kitten. Once a paid deposit is received, we will place your name, along with a "reserved" notice, next to the picture of the kitten you have chosen. This prevents the kitten from being sold to anyone else, and lets everyone know this is your Baby!
The total purchase price for each kitten (including any applicable shipping charges) is required before the kitten can be shipped to you or picked up.
Our heart's desire is for each of our Kittens to be placed with families that will give them all the love and attention that they deserve. Proper nourishment, grooming and veterinarian care is required for each kitten/cat sold from Cajun Dreams and must be upheld from the purchaser.
